This was my first virtual office visit, and it was very easy and seamless.
Something happened of note that showed someone in the office has great people skills. There was an irate patient in the waiting room that was acting in an angry manner and yelling loudly at the receptionists. They asked her to take a seat and very quickly someone called her back to the treatment area. In a few minutes this same angry person came back to the waiting room, waited her turn a approached the receptionist. This time she was calm and controlled. She made an appointment and even apologized to the receptionist. I was impressed because someone was able to calm this person and helped her even though she was so unreasonable. It was uncomfortable for me to experience this person's tirade but I felt better knowing there was someone who knew what to do.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sweet's for many years. I have never been dissatisfied with his approach to me and his approach to my problems. In the event that I need to see another provider for some reason, I make sure that copies of all records relating to that experience are forwarded to Dr. Sweet. I drive 250 miles to visit him. That should tell you something.

Dr Sweet and Dr S. Patel always show nothing but the best bed side manner. Very good doctors.
Dr. Sweet always takes time to listen to what you have to say. He does not rush you out the door. I like him very much. He is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Sweet, who has been my primary care physician for twenty years, provides excellent care. He researches the answers to my questions when necessary, listens to me, addresses my concerns, and is a supportive, caring and kind person. I feel that he and I are a team working to ensure that I remain as healthy as possible.

Dr. Sweet listens understood that I don't like taking meds and have a lot of reactions to meds. The one med he recommend really helped the sleep med made me dizzy - so I took his advice & stopped taking.
