I knew I had an infection and needed a third med and I was glad to have visited the lab.
When my husband was released from the hospital, we were told he needed to see a neurologist . BUT NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS. Until our primary care provider suggested your group. Yll were understanding and willing to see us rather quickly.
I was a little out off by the front desk who seemed bothered by my arrival. They did great me but it was evident I was interrupting one of the staff as she was reading a book which I could clearly see.

Caring and listening is a great attribute, but visiting once a year or every 6 months seems long between visits. I can ask questions on the website. Also, not much feedback on expectations. for the future.

Dr Rabquer came into our lives at a very stressful time. I had to be airlifted from Alpena MI to St. Joe's after a severe complication from a vascular surgery. I have so much trust and respect for Dr. Rabquer I can't imagine seeing anyone else. I travel 4 hours to see her and would travel double that if I had too.

Dr. Rabquer was extremely thorough. One of the most thorough doctors I've been to. She did not dismiss one thing I says to her. I just didn't know that during my appointment. Dr. Rabquer is very hard to read social emotionally. So, she ordered an amazing amount of tests that are helpful, but she didn't tell me her thought process.
