Time waiting for doc is ridiculous. I even took my son early and we still waited more than 35min to be seen by the doc.

We had the appointment with Dr Brenner, but never actually met her. I brought my children in only for vaccinations, and we were seen by the resident rather than Dr Brenner, so this survey does not necessarily reflect upon her. The resident was very professional and was apologetic about the situation.
