Our doctor's office has always functioned well - even before St. Joe's bought the practice. We have been patients since Dr. Patel came (over 30 yrs.) we get tired of new computer systems and new staff in the office from St. Joe's.

I was very impressed that Dr. Patel turned me over to the 2 other doctors while still tuned into me - important that he lead the way in showing respect for the doctors while talking to me in a personal 'old friends' way. I hope that the doctors picked up on that - they will never regret being 'old friends personal' with their patient. Well done Dr. Patel - your training is blessed for those who understand why you treat your patients so well. If they learn this from you - they will be great doctors also.
