Extremely fast pre-op visit. It seemed odd that he didn't even know what type of surgery I was getting. He had to ask me. Also didn't know any of my health history; asked me every question I've answered before and all would have been In my chart. Just felt extremely rushed and like he wanted to get in and get out as quickly as possible. Didn't spend more than 5 minutes in the room.

This was my initial virtual visit with Dr Jacob Roberts regarding a referral for weight loss surgery. I would like to say that Dr Roberts was very informative of all the options available to me. He explained everything with great care in great detail. He was very thorough with the procedure he would be performing on me. He informed me on pre-op and post-op and basically left me with no questions to ask. I look forward to my continue treatment with Dr Roberts.
