This would have been all positive except for the masking policy as his mother who is claustrophobic and cannot wear a mask i hate this policy, my husband has to take him to all of the appointments and he doesn't know our son and his condition like i do.

She had a student dr. come in to see me and he was very courteous and listened to all my concerns, so did Dr. Razook. I was in to get my medications refilled.
The doctor has to look up as well as enter information into her laptop through the whole appointment, so she is looking at the screen the whole time. This doesn't make it easy to have a conversation or ask questions. In fact, it is the opposite. She is an excellent doctor. But she is not a scribe and shouldn't be performing as such. It is distracting and time consuming and impersonal.
I have been under Dr. Razook's care since my coming to Michigan [....], and I have all good things to say about her and her staff and the facility as a whole.

This was our first visit with Dr. Razook. Our former primary physician retired and Dr. Razook was the person who assumed the role of my primary physician. I was impressed with her level of expertise and ability to communicate with me. Especially when she responded very quickly to test results that were abnormal. Physician wanted me to have a bone density test to continue/stop my Prolia from another physician. I scheduled the test, was going to have it done and was told my insurance only covered it every 2 yrs which would be [ . . . ]. A wasted trip! My medical history (which she looked at) stated when I had my last test. She wrote the order for the Prolia shot anyway.
