Provider let us (my partner and me) see my spinal MRI images on screen as he talked to us. Most reassuringly, he said I would not require surgery.

Dr Francis was outstanding in all aspects. While I was hoping for a more definitive solution, his specialty could not provide it. However, he expedited referrals to other specialists for treatment. Without the excellent plan/solution, I would not be getting the care needed. He, and his MA/Clerical are the best in the business (MA Holly, CMA Malcom, Clerical Jessica and Isabelle).

I only saw a PA, never saw the Dr. Was never checked for range of motion or was asked to stand. Very unusual for someone with back issues.

I like how the doctor explains to me with pictures or models what might possibly get done if surgery is done.....not sure if surgery will ever happen because this seems to be getting dragged on forever.

never met with the doctor. no one looked at my back (reason for visit). I called in to request an order for imaging and was told to come in....so I could wait for them to put an order in for imaging I can't get done for over two weeks. wasted a day of mine.
