Very thoughtful
Every person I encountered was courteous. Alex Lenox was superior. Dr. Hicks is a really great doctor- great at explaining all while cracking me up with his hilarious demeanor. So glad to have him review my records.

The resident was very informative. She listened well and answered all my questions. Dr. Hicks was a true pleasure to meet ans speak with. Very positive and reassuring.

Dr. Hicks and his intern stayed with me until all of my questions were answered. They didn鈥檛 make me feel like any of my questions were stupid. I didn鈥檛 feel rushed at all.
The doctor explained everything to me what needs to be done and I can think my time about thinking about it. I was not rushed.
