Trinity Health Southeast Michigan’s Office of Philanthropy, recently partnered with The Farm at Trinity Health Ann Arbor to launch the Help Us Grow Campaign to help support The Farm and its mission to grow a healthy community by empowering people through food, education, and relationships. The immediate goal of the campaign is to raise $100,000 to support the Farm Share assistance program, which provides free farm share memberships to families experiencing food insecurity.

At a recent gathering to celebrate the launch, leaders from The Farm and Trinity Health Michigan and took part in a ribbon cutting ceremony for a new hoop house generously donated by Karla and the late Herbert Linkner of Dexter.
