Trinity Health Spine Program - Ann Arbor
Hours
Our comprehensive Spine Program, lead by a Nurse Navigator, is comprised of four subspecialty groups that help you receive the right care, with the right provider, at the right time. Whether you have a new onset of back or neck pain or if you’ve been living in pain for a long time, our program will help guide you in best next steps for your care. Receiving conservative care is typically the first step and is often required by most insurance carriers. For patients with new onset of pain, a navigation pathway may look like the following:
- Physical Therapy
- Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Pain Medicine (Injections)
- Spine Surgery
If you have a long-standing history of back and neck pain, you may have experienced all of the navigation pathways and it may be time for a consultation to see a Spine Surgeon. Our Nurse Navigator is here to help with the navigation process.
Spine Nurse Navigator
Michelle Davenport, RN, BSN, ONC, dedicated Nurse Navigator, will guide you through your journey to better spine health. She will assess your condition, answer your questions, connect you with the right provider, assist with obtaining the proper referrals and ensure you receive the care you need.
