Filling and Receiving Your Medication
We work to proactively fill your medications ahead of your needs. A staff member will contact you before your next refill to check in with your progress, answer any questions and determine the shipment of your next package.
In the event you're not contacted by our staff within 2 days of your next fill, contact specialty pharmacy services at 231-672-7836.
You can choose to pick up your medication at our pharmacy or have it delivered or mailed to you at no additional cost. We can also transfer your prescription to another Trinity Health pharmacy upon request.
