Trinity Health Medical Group, Primary Care - Shelby is a Rural Health Clinic that offers primary care services for the whole family. Our team of providers work together to deliver a comprehensive, personalized patient experience. We specialize in family medicine to help your whole family stay healthy while providing the care you deserve.

Our Shelby location offers:

• Pediatric, adolescent and adult healthcare
• General medical exams and yearly physicals
• Treatment of acute illnesses, such as upper respiratory infections or skin infections 
• Immunizations, including flu and pneumonia
• Minor surgical procedures (stitches, lesions, etc.)
• Behavioral health services include: Psychotherapy, diagnosis, comprehensive assessment of current & historical conditions, and consultive services.
• Online scheduling and virtual visits
• Comprehensive OB-GYN services, including routine gynecological exams, prenatal and postnatal care, family planning, and menopause management

In addition to our primary care services, our Shelby office offers specialty services to our community. Services include general surgery consultations, Urology and sleep medicine appointments.
