Trinity Health Kidney Transplant Clinic - Medical Pavilion

Enhancing access to kidney transplant services for patients in the Muskegon and Lakeshore areas. While transplant surgery and post-transplant care remain in Grand Rapids, the satellite clinic seeks to improve access to kidney care and addresses transportation challenges that some patients face. This monthly clinic is held at the Trinity Health Neuroscience Center at the Trinity Health Pavilion on Sherman Blvd.
