Trinity Health Inpatient Rehabilitation - Livonia Hospital

Our 21-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation program provides a caring, focused environment to maximize each patient's functional ability after hospitalization. Inpatient Rehab is beneficial for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, amputation, major trauma, neurological disorders and complicated medical conditions with rehab needs.

The Inpatient Rehab program includes:

• A highly educated, interdisciplinary team of skilled professionals
• Intensive specialized therapy services including occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech language pathology
• A spacious rehabilitation gym where the team works together with the patient and their family to meet milestones necessary to safely return to the community
• Daily collaboration and supervision by a team of physicians who specialize in rehabilitation
• Regular consultations from other physicians to support the patient's medical needs
• A system nationally recognized for quality of care and patient satisfaction
• A low nurse to patient ratio with specialized rehabilitation nurses focusing on comprehensive care 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
