Welcome to Trinity Health IHA Medical Group Senior Care - Ann Arbor Campus

Our physicians and staff provide the highest quality medical care to our patients and the best service to their families. We provide support to aging adults and caregivers by offering a comprehensive assessment, developing a plan, and making connections to local resources. Each patient completes an initial questionnaire and receives an in-depth assessment and recommendations for care or resources to enhance the quality of life.

If you have an urgent medical problem and need assistance after business hours, please call the office and your call will be directed to the Trinity IHA Call Center. The call center staff will assist you and contact the physician on-call to address your concerns.
