Trinity Health Healthy Families - Livingston

Trinity Health Healthy Families is a family program that promotes strong healthy bodies and families that thrive. The program includes eight weekly classes and two individual visits. A parent or caregiver and child attend class together each week. The classes focus on behavior, nutrition and physical activity.

Our Registered Dietitians and Licensed Counselor are available to meet with you and your child. Please call 734-712-5694 to set up an appointment. Both daytime and evening appointments are available. A referral is not required; we will work with your doctor's office to obtain the information needed.
