STrinity Health Diabetes Education - Livingston Hospital offers a range of options for individuals to learn more about diabetes, prevent, or self-manage the disease. Our team of Certified Diabetes Educators will help empower you to take charge of your diabetes so you may live a healthy life.

Patient Information:

The prevalence of diabetes is rising, and more than 30 million Americans have the disease. We know it's not easy to hear a diagnosis about diabetes. However, it can be treated and managed. Learning about diabetes can be the first step toward a healthier life.

Insurance Information:

Diabetes Education is reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance plans. If you have previously attended Diabetes Education classes, Medicare covers a two-hour annual education review.
