Sophia's House

Sophia's House was designed to serve the needs of patients and their families while they receive treatment at Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital.

Named in honor of lead donor Peter M. Wege's mother, Sophia Louise Wege, the $3.5-million Sophia's House is a three-story home with comfortable accommodations and 14 furnished rooms that allow guests to be near their loved ones who are receiving care at the hospital.

Patients who have confirmed treatments or procedures can reserve a room at Sophia's House in advance. Patients may also come in the night before a procedure and stay at Sophia's House.
