Application and Selection Process

How to Apply to Our Program

We participate in the PASS application service administered by ADEA. The application for our program will open in May and the deadline for completion of the PASS application is October 1. As soon as your application is considered complete by PASS, it will be released to us. We will then contact you to schedule an in-person interview.

The Matching Program

We are not participating in the Match program this year.

Visitation dates

We offer two opportunities each year for candidates to visit our program, tour the hospital and be able to talk to our residents. This is the best way to find out about our program. In the 2023-24 cycle, the dates would be Thursday, May 18 and Wednesday, August 16. We would appreciate it if you would us know you are coming by emailing tracy.davis@trinity-health.org. If it is not possible for you to make one of these dates, email Ms. Davis and an alternative date may be possible for a visit.

Interview Dates and Meet and Greet

This year we will be interviewing on Friday, October 13 and Saturday, October 14. On Friday, October 13, we will be hosting a “meet and greet” at the hospital for all interviewing candidates. It is an opportunity to tour the Henderson Dental Center, talk to the current residents, and meet the Program Directors and attending dentists and specialists. Once you have an interview scheduled, you will receive the details of this event. It is a great opportunity to have your questions answered by all of the people involved in the program.

When would I start the program?

The program begins with an orientation before the first of July. The residents will be contacted as to the exact date.
