West Michigan Online Event Registration Request Form

Trinity Health Michigan currently uses Eventbrite for paid and free online event sign-ups. Eventbrite is a third party Web-based event management tool which we will help you customize and manage for your event. https://www.eventbrite.com/

Some things to note about Eventbrite:

-If you have a paid Event, Eventbrite will deduct a fee for payment processing. See: https://www.eventbrite.com/support/lifestages?focus=UnderstandingFeesFeatures&lg=en_US for full details. Eventbrite will collect all payments then issue a check once event ends and direct deposit is also available. If you have a FREE event, there is no charge to use this tool.

-Eventbrite requires someone who is comfortable logging in and managing your event, both from the front-end for users and from the back-end to print off a final list, answer questions or update info on the event page. Our team can get it set up for you, make sure it is properly branded and help you get started, but once your event is live, you must appoint someone on your team to receive the emails and manage registrations.

-We can customize almost everything, but like with every third party tool, some things are out of our control like the small, orange Eventbrite logo and the tie-in with Facebook, etc. for registrants to share with friends via social media.

-Note that once your event is set up you can manually input a registrant if they call instead of sign-up online.
