It is a course that teaches bystanders to be come trained, equipped and empowered to help in bleeding emergency before professional help arrives. How to apply pressure to a wound using your hands, how to pack a wound to control bleeding and how to correctly apply a tourniquet. It also teaches hand on CPR and the importance of this.
