How to Schedule a Video Visit

Connect with a provider in three easy steps.
1.) Schedule an Appointment
Scheduling is easy through your MyChart App. Don’t have a MyChart account? Sign up here.
2.) Appointment Confirmation
Your provider's office will reach out to you to confirm your appointment and you will then receive a message through your Trinity Health MyChart app, text or via email with details on how to join.
3.) Start Your Visit
Use this time with your provider to talk about health concerns, work on a care plan, and if needed, provide a prescription order.
How long does a video visit take?
15-20 minutes per appointment.

Video visits are an excellent option for many circumstances and medical conditions that do not require a typical physical examination by a provider.
The most common conditions we see:
- Allergies, cold and flu
- General follow-up (no physical exam required)
- Medication review
- Skin conditions
- Stomach and digestive issues
- Hypertension follow-up
COVID-19: A video visit is the perfect option if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have questions about COVID-19 for your provider. If needed, a provider will order a COVID-19 test during this visit.
