Benefits and Perks
We want you to choose the right benefits for you and your family.
After you start, you will be able to access the HR4U colleague portal: HR4U@trinity-health.org, using the same logon credentials as Workday, which is a comprehensive resource for HR and benefits information.
All part-time and full-time colleagues are eligible for benefits (0.4 FTE or above). Coverage begins on your first day of employment! You will have 30 days after your start date to sign up for benefits! However, it is important that you sign up as soon as possible to ensure you receive your insurance cards sooner. The benefit task will be available for you to complete in Workday immediately after you complete all the onboarding tasks. We encourage you to sign up before your start date or soon thereafter, if possible.
**Please note, you will not receive insurance cards for dental or vision insurance if elected, your provider will be able to locate your coverage in the carrier database.

- Visit HR4U - choose Benefits, then Retirement Plans.
- Fidelity will contact you with your new account information approximately three weeks after your start date.
- This is an optional choice for colleagues who don't want to use the standard bi-weekly pay schedule
- Get your money any time before payday!

- Login to Workday
- Type Create Request in the search box
- Select All and DailyPay Opt-In
- Click Ok
