The doctor was wonderful. He spent lots of time explaining things to me and never made me feel rushed or that I was taking up too much of his time. He had a calming presence and I would definitely see him again.

Dr Gove is very careful during exams, so it is much less stressful than other pelvic tests or exams. He is truthful about what he sees as options for a person. Also being a person that likes sports, I like that he acknowledges and sees the uterus as part of our core muscles too- not just It is reproductive role.

Dr Gove was running quite late in his schedule of patients because of an emergency with one of his patients. He came in to explain the situation himself and apologise for the delay, which I really appreciated. My experience with healthcare providers Is that they expect you to be on time for your appointments and penalise you If you're late because of how it impacts their valuable time. But they don't reciprocate by treating your time as though it Its equally valuable (especially since many people have to take time off work or away from responsibilities to see a healthcare provider). Dr Gove's respect for my time made me feel valued as a patient and a person.

First time at this provider. I was not the best version of myself since I get VERY nervous for any type of doctor visits, medical tests, etc. However, everyone was super friendly. I liked being able to see the ultrasound screen. He Had a lot of knowledge about different uterus geometries and considerations/issues they can have. I also was happy that the staff thought to order my 3D mammogram for this calendar year.

Dr. Gove told me at my last visit if I had any concerns to follow up for an appointment and we would do an ultrasound. I called on Tuesday and was seen on Thursday and the ultrasound showed the cause of my concern was valid. Dr. Gove was compassionate and informed me of all my options as well as what I can do while I await next steps to help my situation. He is always pleasant and knowledgeable about me and my history as well as my family structure which makes me feel comfortable when I visit.
