After spending 10 years managing acute and chronic diseases in the inpatient setting, Laura returned to primary care practice in 2010. Laura focuses on lifestyle medicine practice to prevent and treat chronic disease through the adoption of healthy changes.

Perhaps due to her tardiness it seemed to me Laura rushed through her standard "plant-based" diet presentation which would have been helpful to someone who knew nothing on the subject matter to get that person started. I came in with many questions specifically directed to coronary artery disease and diet and she did not seem well equipped to have a discussion at that level.
