Perhaps due to her tardiness it seemed to me Laura rushed through her standard "plant-based" diet presentation which would have been helpful to someone who knew nothing on the subject matter to get that person started. I came in with many questions specifically directed to coronary artery disease and diet and she did not seem well equipped to have a discussion at that level.
